OK. I know, two posts in 2 hours is really weird. I think i'm having pre-school reopening jitters. ): Or maybe its just the 3 hour nap i had this afternoon.

Did i mention Love in the Time of Cholera (lets call it LTC for short) is REALLY HARD TO DIGEST? It taste awfully much like Marlow! ): Its driving me crazy. I should have bought a book that's easier to comprehend. In times like this, one marlow type of story is seriously enough. I need bimbo chick reads!

& i was just telling Kian Hong today that i'm excited. A's gonna be over before we know it! :) So happy, i got lots of things i wanna do.

Home Away from Home

Hello fwens. I'm at some secret location which will be my HAH (Home Away from Home) for the next 56 days. I'll still be home, but most of the time i'll be here... Hehehehe, they have free plug, free WIFI and free aircon and its not the library! Hahaha, sounds great right!

(actually its not that fantastic, this group of olevel taking kids are discussing physics and geog and asking each other questions that makes them sound like they're totally not prepared for the BIG O. :/ not that i'm very smart but hey, i don't take physics and i can answer some of their questions? totally man.)

Watched Wall.E today in an EMPTY cinema & stuffed myself with popcorn. Great Mothers (me and Phang) brought our kids out for a double family day. Haha. Great to be still holidaying while everyone else just restarted school, haha. & i finally bought Love in the Time of Cholera! :D I'm gonna reward myself by reading a chapter tonight! (if i do study hard for the next half an hour to come)...

Got a free haircut yesterday. Technically, it wasn't for me, but since I'm kiamsiap and badly needed a haircut... WHY NOT :D. Thanks a lot Yan, for waiting for a near 2 hours while the person fiddled and piled on hair care products on my head. :):):)

Bought... NOTHING yesterday (unless you count hair ties :/) & i finally sampled Yella Fellers! (Ah Lian! Not as good as you raved leh!) But it was OK la, potatoes are always filling.

Sky's not the shade of afternoon its supposed to be at 3.20pm on a Sunday. I'm not supposed to be playing Neopets (again) and not follow my newly drawn up timetable, which i am actually supposed to be studying Atmopshere and be curious about El Nino and Hadley Cells, not trying to find out the exact time that which the Food Shop restocks (althought they say every 8 minutes or so but i really suspect they do it more frequently than that).

Fun was such a blur these 3 days. I can't say i've really enjoyed tremendously cause i really don't think i deserve this break. Break is only more enjoyable if it was fought and slogged for. Buffet lunch was a tad dissapointing, save for chilli crab and shiok soup. Money No Enough was not as good as i expected it. Shopping for overdue Tday presents are really a headache, and i still have to settle the trophy thing...

I seem to have lots of activities going on during this 1 week break/study period. I'm quite proud of myself to be able to restrain from agreeing to every activity which i'm invited to... it's really time i start learning that since i need more time to understand concepts and get the hang of stuff, i need to sacrifice more play time if i want to be able to give my best shot for A's. Then the after A's break would really be one that's worth it :)

OKOKOK. Give me half more hour for Neopets and i promise i'll master Tropical Cyclones and El Nino by tonight!

Been eons since i've been up at such unearthly hour, and i really crave for sleep, if not for tomorrow's tday celebrations, i won't even be here sacrificing sleep and breaking this sleep-early-wakeup-early routine i've been keeping by.

Prelims are officially done with, everything i do now is for A's and its only a mere 67 days till GP. I don't feel so scared anymore cause i can feel like my confidence level is rising when i'm doing the papers. Although i don't think i will pass all or even score exceptionally well, it is quite assuring to feel like you're in control of the question. I like seizing control of my Fate and Destiny (hahaha).

Still, i feel Prelims function mainly to identify your weakness and it forces you to fill up theses cracks. I'm going to be an efficient factory and fill up it ASAP (and i can sell my extra tradeable permits to ahbu and earn cash at the same time, haha) which means i shall not rest and slack too much that i'll lose my momentum. Olympics are over and there's no major events that would occur anytime soon. That means there's no source of distraction and hence no reason for me to be distracted.

Ok, writing too much WE.O.U is making me feel automated. My shoulders are cranky and my bed is yearning for my warmth. Aces day will literally be a yawn tomorrow, i wonder if i can sneak away to play some hockey. Been a while since we've got together, purple grays! :)

I've got a new art project! I'm excited! Been a while (ok, very long while) since i've painted seriously. Hahaha, that reminds me that i should go and pull out my O's coursework and admire it again. Lol. I shall keep the project in secret first! (element of suspense! to keep readers intrigued in my serialised publication, HAHAH)

Perused shelves of Kino and was disappointed that i couldn't find my Love in the Time of Cholera! ): I couldn't find Atonement too! And no, i've not watched either of the movie, i rather imagery anytime than a visual spectacle. (HAHAH) I WANT NEW READS! ): God of Small Things is finishing soon! ):
