I really miss last year's sportsday. It was such a great experience being house capt :D, and leading the uppersec girls to eh, 2nd! (I rmebered we lost to red by just a FEW points k). Heh, initially, i only din't mind being house capt was because i get to have CCA pts, and i wanted the CCA pt was because... ok this is gonna sound a little selfish and childish... i dint want to have less CCA pts than a certain short person in the Leadership section. Hai. i'm gonna digress a little here and say, yes, the obstinate me still hasn't forgotten how much unhappyness guides had brought me, i can never forget the sucky feeling, really, no one of you guys can understand how bad i felt. I still occasionally think about it and well... i always brings me a pang of sadness and regret. Not being able to be CL and lead in something i was once so passionate about in is probably the greatest regret ive ever got in my 17 years of life. But what can i do about it? Just live with it, and get on with life. No point living in the past. life's too short for you to brood over losses... but that doesnt mean to forget. Remember.
So anyway, my 4 years in purple hse was great. Although the hse tee was a tad ugly but... eh, haha well. Anyway, i missed the times when i get to use the useless PW and Reading periods to go arnd classes and knocking on doors to dissaminate information to my runners & participants. Meetings with ms zizi to confirm time for trainings, heats and blabla. Going around classes, begging people who are pro to join and help the hse asap. haha. going on track to cheer for the runners and yeah, the best part is. CONTRIBUTING A PERSONAL GOLD TO MY TEAM! :D HAHA, whats more VLEE KNEW ABT IT AND HE WAS PRETTY SHOCKED. :D but he took it that i beat minyi in a positive way. HAHA, i remembered tan guo xiang and some P3 guys came to support RED HSE, but haha, OOPS, i won instead! &ang zhong shun was in disbeliefment when gx told him i was champ lah. HAHA, and like after that, people kept coming up to me and told me im such a proster. that was till they saw the actual height that i jumped. 1.20m. HAHA, so technically. i won only because the other competitors were er, lousier. HAHA. but well anyway. gold was mine, and it was also around this time that touchgold came about. :D
ah. trackmeet in NJ was pretty different. But the atmosphere was pretty much the same. I was feeling so jittery the whole day, thinking about the run. & ay yar, i think i did ok in it lar, a bit lousy only. it was somehow like running with your teammates during trng you know, cause jingru and mar was running 1st runner also. haha. just that eh, a medal is at stake this time only. Lol, downed 7 cups of milo after the run with rah, and yippie! liu jiaxuan came backo! & hor, rah, dont be so upset lah! :D aqua's still track champs anyway. lol! crapped arnd with hockey people and here comes the best fun part! WE GOTTA PLAY WITH A LOUDHAILER! its like me and mar wenta "visit" her track friend who was doing the firing for starting runs with mr manon. so we stopped and asked abt the guns thingie and started to fiddle with the loudhailer too. HAHA, this was when we spotted jinyin, ber, flea & jiayun and we blasted their name through the loud hailer, telling them to come over here. haha! then we all started to get really facinated with the loud hailers and used them to cheer on alee (who was preparing to run her 4x100) HAHA, it was damn funny lar! bet everyone can hear our GO ALEE! from the loudhailer. we then cheered aaron who was doing his 4x100 using the loud hailer too, and we went "GO HOCKEY" & mr manon was like, "i din't know someone was called hockey, so what's his surname? stick?" HAHAHA, damn funny k! lol!
cheered with ignis and waved the flag a bit (doing my hse affi job!) & then val came to ask me to sub hejin to collect her 4x800m prize. omg :/ felt like such a poseur collecting a prize on behalf of someone, still get picture taken, and carried ignis flag :/ damn weird. :\. did a bit of mass dance (HAHA, basically just stoning and freestyle) and got scolded by jinyin for not knowing how to dance at ALL. hahaa. chatted with yiqi who came for aristal dance prac and went home with ber & mar. weeheeeeee. met yingzi on the bus and she WHAPIANG, actually wants to start a rumor abt herself that she likes ananda ok( who's her classmate & she thinks he's damn funny & charismatic ), YES SAME ANANDA AS MAR'S. she's damn crap can! whalau, cant take her nonsense.
okokokk, shall go do some gp. be a good girl... haha! shall follow ber to become a MUGGEERRR!
